Manager- Bekki Peppard

 Bekki started at High Ham Preschool in April 2012. Bekki has worked in Early Years since 2002 and is passionate about early education, supporting families and providing an engaging environment which is accessible for all children. She believes by creating a nurturing and caring Preschool all the children will be able to reach their full potential. Having three grown up children, has provided Bekki with a wide range of parenting experiences, including SEN.

Deputy Manager and EYFS Teacher- Victoria Higgins

Victoria (Tori) began teaching at Preschool in June 2017. She is a fully qualified Primary School Teacher and taught in primary schools in Somerset for 13 years before joining our team. Victoria is passionate about the children learning through play in a happy, bright and colourful environment. She has 3 children who attend the local primary school and is keen to promote our close links, especially with the Reception class.

Qualifications: BA in Primary Studies with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Senior Assistants

Sarah Perry

Sarah began working at Preschool in 2006. She used to be a personnel manager but really enjoys working with the children rather than adults! Sarah loves outdoor and physical play and is always on the field for Wet Welly Wednesdays.

 Anna Perry

After starting as a volunteer, Anna officially began working at Preschool in 2003 when her youngest of three children began at the local primary school. As well as being one of our Senior Assistants, Anna is also our fabulous administrator. Anna loves to see the children having fun together and learning. She particularly enjoys being outside with the children and being involved with creative and messy play activities.

Lunchtime Assistants

Brenda Miles

Brenda began working at Preschool in 2013. She is a great lunch time supervisor and also a floor assistant during busy sessions. Brenda (or ‘Blenda’ as she is often renamed by the children) enjoys supporting the children’s healthy eating and their independence during lunch times. She likes sitting down with our quieter children doing jigsaws, reading books etc and helping them increase their confidence.
