Manager- Bekki Peppard 

Bekki started at High Ham Preschool in April 2012. Bekki has worked in Early Years since 2002 and is passionate about early education, supporting families and providing an engaging environment which is accessible for all children. She believes by creating a nurturing and caring Preschool all the children will be able to reach their full potential. Having three grown up children, has provided Bekki with a wide range of parenting experiences, including SEN.

Deputy Manager – Kim Huntley

I’m Kim and I’m the deputy manager of High Ham Preschool. I have worked in early years for 20 years and it really is my passion! I began working here in Dec 2020. I love our small but mighty setting and laugh every single day! I particularly enjoy dancing, singing and generally making a fool of myself with the children.
In my spare time, I am working on my next qualification (every day is a school day!), I am part of a ladies pop choir, I have been in pantomimes for 24 years, I enjoy spending time with friends and weekends in my caravan with my family.

Qualifications: NVQ level 4 children’s care, learning and development and working towards NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Senior Practitioner (level 5)

Sarah Perry

Sarah began working at Preschool in 2006. She used to be a personnel manager but really enjoys working with the children rather than adults! Sarah loves outdoor and physical play and is always on the field for Wet Welly Wednesdays.

Anna Perry

After starting as a volunteer, Anna officially began working at Preschool in 2003 when her youngest of three children began at the local primary school. As well as being one of our Senior Assistants, Anna is also our fabulous administrator. Anna loves to see the children having fun together and learning. She particularly enjoys being outside with the children and being involved with creative and messy play activities.

Bridget Trunks

Hi I’m Bridget and I’m a Senior Preschool assistant. I have been at the setting since 2013. I live on a farm and enjoy looking after my pets. My best times are happily spent training my dog and being an active member and participant in the Somerset carnivals.

Charlie Bean

I am Charlie, a Preschool assistant who joined the team in October 2020. I also work at our after school club. I have also been a parent here and now my 2 are at school!
I love getting my hands dirty be it gardening, playing or cleaning! I love to have fun with the children, aid them in their learning and positively push their abilities in the setting. I love baking, knitting, painting and visiting family.

Donna Golledge

Hi my name is Donna, I have been at preschool since December 2021. But I have been a mum here with my 2 children that now go to High ham school.
My family has a patch of land in Henley where we enjoy spending most of our free time with our ponies and other feathered/furry animals.
I have lived in Somerset for nearly 8 years after moving from the New forest where I was a qualified beauty therapist.

Hello, my name is Ruth. I joined the Preschool team as an assistant and after school playworker in November 2020. I thoroughly enjoy supporting the children and team each day. My favourite time of day is story time and Monkeys. In my spare time I work for the National Trust and I collect books.

Hi my name is Marianne and I joined the team Spring 2021 as a SEN assistant. I particularly enjoy craft activities, outdoor play and getting messy! Before coming to High Ham I was a Learning support assistant in London and have had the privilege of working with children from many different backgrounds.
